About Us

Dostpati Veteriner Kliniği & Pet Otel is the present form of a small polyclinic opened by two veterinarians in Bostanlı in 2013, now a clinic with seven vets, a 24-hour emergency service and a 42-room pet hotel. Our shared principle is to examine every animal without frightening it and to explain to the owner every procedure, its reason and its fee beforehand.

What we care about

• Fear-free examination: separate waiting areas for cats and dogs, non-slip table surfaces, treats and calming pheromone diffusers.
• Avoiding unnecessary intervention: the medical reason for each test is explained; a written treatment plan does not start without your approval.
• Animal welfare: we support street animals with more than 600 free neutering and vaccination campaign procedures a year.
• Transparent pricing: basic examination, vaccination and neutering prices are published on the site.

Our infrastructure

Our clinic has digital X-ray, ultrasound, blood count and biochemistry analysers, an anaesthesia monitor, a dental unit, an oxygen cage and an isolation room. Our pet hotel stands in a 2,400 m² garden in Bornova; every room has a camera, ventilation and heating.

Training and licence

Our vets graduated from veterinary faculties in Türkiye and are registered with the relevant veterinary chamber. The clinic and pet hotel hold the business opening and operating licences issued by the competent authorities and are subject to regular inspection.
