The following admission terms apply at our pet hotel for the safety and health of all our guests. The rules are equal for all animals and owners.
Documents required for admission
- A valid rabies vaccine (puppies from three months; vaccination date not older than 12 months)
- Combined vaccine (DHPPi) and kennel cough vaccine for dogs; combined vaccine for cats (panleukopenia, rhinotracheitis, calicivirus)
- Internal and external parasite treatment in the last three months
- Microchip number (mandatory for dogs) and the owner's identity details
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in 09:00 – 18:00; a short vet examination is done at check-in and the pet's health status is recorded.
- Check-out time is 12:00; for check-outs between 12:00 and 18:00 a half-day fee applies, later a full day.
- If collected early, unused days are not refunded but may be used for a later stay.
Health and emergencies
If your pet falls ill during the stay you are told immediately and our vet intervenes. Emergency intervention and treatment costs are not included in the boarding fee and are applied with the owner's approval (or, if unreachable, with the consent signed in advance for life-saving emergency treatment). In case of suspected contagious disease the animal is moved to the isolation room.
Fertility and behaviour
- Unneutered females stay in a separate room during oestrus (heat).
- For animals with a history of aggression a pre-visit and behaviour assessment are mandatory.
- Participation in the shared play group is assessed by our behaviourist.
This text is for information; the signed boarding contract prevails.
