Service scope

  • Trauma: road accidents, falls, dog bites
  • Respiratory distress: oxygen cage and nebuliser
  • Vomiting, diarrhoea and dehydration: IV access and fluid therapy
  • Difficult birth and emergency caesarean

How does it proceed?

Frequently asked questions

When should I start my puppy's vaccinations?
The first combined vaccine is given at 6–8 weeks in puppies and 8–9 weeks in kittens; three doses are completed by 16 weeks. Rabies is given after 12 weeks. With the 'Vaccination Schedule Generator' on our site you can see the plan by age.
At what age should neutering be done?
As a general guide, 5–6 months in cats, 6–8 months in small-breed dogs and 12–18 months in large-breed dogs. The detail is set with the vet according to breed, sex and health.
Should my animal fast before surgery?
Yes. Before general anaesthesia adults are fasted for 8–10 hours and water is withheld for 2 hours; the period is shorter in young animals. Our clinic sends written instructions when you book.
What should I do in an emergency?
Call our 24/7 line or write on WhatsApp; you receive first-aid instructions over the phone. If poisoning is suspected, call us before trying to induce vomiting. Bring the packaging or a photo of what was swallowed.
Which documents are required for the pet hotel?
A current vaccination card (rabies, combined, and kennel cough for dogs), internal-external parasite treatment in the last three months and, for dogs, microchip registration are needed. Missing vaccines can be given at check-in but a 48-hour waiting period applies.
