When should I start my puppy's vaccinations?
The first combined vaccine is given at 6–8 weeks in puppies and 8–9 weeks in kittens; three doses are completed by 16 weeks. Rabies is given after 12 weeks. With the 'Vaccination Schedule Generator' on our site you can see the plan by age.
At what age should neutering be done?
As a general guide, 5–6 months in cats, 6–8 months in small-breed dogs and 12–18 months in large-breed dogs. The detail is set with the vet according to breed, sex and health.
Should my animal fast before surgery?
Yes. Before general anaesthesia adults are fasted for 8–10 hours and water is withheld for 2 hours; the period is shorter in young animals. Our clinic sends written instructions when you book.
What should I do in an emergency?
Call our 24/7 line or write on WhatsApp; you receive first-aid instructions over the phone. If poisoning is suspected, call us before trying to induce vomiting. Bring the packaging or a photo of what was swallowed.
Which documents are required for the pet hotel?
A current vaccination card (rabies, combined, and kennel cough for dogs), internal-external parasite treatment in the last three months and, for dogs, microchip registration are needed. Missing vaccines can be given at check-in but a 48-hour waiting period applies.
What happens if my animal falls ill at the pet hotel?
Our veterinary clinic in the same group intervenes at once and calls you. Treatment costs are not included in the boarding fee and are made with your approval; if you cannot be reached, life-saving treatment begins under the consent given beforehand.
Is adoption paid?
No, adoption is free. The symbolic contribution stated in the listing goes toward only part of the vaccination, microchip and neutering costs already incurred; there is no contribution for senior animals.
What annual checks do my cat and dog need?
An annual examination, booster vaccines, parasite protection, dental check and, after age seven, a six-monthly blood and heart screening are advised. Our Annual Care Package brings these together for 4,600 TRY.
Can I come without an appointment?
In non-emergencies coming with an appointment shortens waiting time. In emergencies you are seen immediately without an appointment; cats and dogs are received in separate waiting areas.
Do you accept pet insurance?
Yes. For domestic pet health insurance policies we prepare invoices and reports; direct billing is available with partner insurers. Just state your policy when booking.
