Which vaccines are mandatory?
For dogs rabies, combined (DHPPi) and kennel cough; for cats rabies and combined. Vaccines must be current and internal-external parasite treatment must have been done within the last three months.
Can I get daily updates about my pet?
Yes. A daily photo report is sent via WhatsApp; you can also watch the room live through a private camera link.
What are the cancellation and refund terms?
Full refund for cancellation up to 7 days before the stay; 50% between 7 and 2 days; no refund in the last 48 hours, but one date change is free.
Are female dogs in heat accepted?
Yes, they stay in a separate room with no contact with other dogs. This must be stated at booking; an extra 150 TRY separate-room fee applies.
