Duman – Grey Senior Cat

Their story

Duman was brought to our clinic by the family of an elderly woman after her passing. Having lived in a single home for nine years he is a little shy in the new environment. In our adoption programme no contribution fee is taken for senior animals.

Character

He is happy with a quiet window-side spot, a warm blanket and a regular routine. He is not suited to children or lively dogs and wishes to live with one adult or a calm couple. He eats senior cat food.

Health

• Examined and in good general health
• Up-to-date combined vaccines and rabies vaccine given
• Internal and external parasite treatment done
• Microchipped and registered
• Neutered
• Slightly raised age-related kidney values — senior cat food advised

What kind of home is needed?

His thyroid and kidney values need monitoring every six months; our clinic covers the first two check-up costs. Adopting a senior cat is a kindness that is thanked forever.
